2025 PASCAL Member Conference

Jen M. Jones is a Metadata Specialist for the Clemson Library. Originally hailing from Hendersonville, North Carolina, Jen now resides in Anderson, South Carolina. Jen holds a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg, SC. And is currently working on her Master's in History at Clemson University. Her research focuses on the rich history of mills and mill towns in Greenville County, South Carolina, exploring the intricate social and economic impacts these mills had on the region. In addition to their historical research, Jen is studying the integration of artificial intelligence in cataloging processes, aiming to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of metadata management. With a passion for uncovering and preserving the past, Jen Jones combines their digital history and metadata expertise to contribute significantly to the academic community and beyond.Jen M. Jones loves to travel outside of academia and is looking forward to visiting Minneapolis for an upcoming conference.
